Upon entering the villa you’ll instantly notice the breathtaking view out to sea through the full length sliding doors and this view only gets better as you make your way through the home! The exceptionally designed large and bright open-plan lounge provides a large L-shaped sofa for comfort and a dedicated dining area for 8, or should you wish for some down time there is even a perfect reading cove for quiet moments under the stairway. Finally you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen which has all you will need for a stress-free self-catering experience. All of this is brought together by the exceptional glass wall feature bringing the outside in and making this a truly unique space.
Wake to the most beautiful views out across the Atlantic ocean from either of the bedrooms.This lovely home away from home boasts four tastefully designed and spacious bedrooms all including an en-suite. All are decorated in fresh neutral colours, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom which provides direct access through the sliding doors to the private pool and Jacuzzi as well as being the only bedroom to offer a bathtub as well as shower making an ideal choice for a person with restricted movement. Downstairs is also serviced by a family bathroom. Continuing up the open stairway there is a further double bedroom and two single beds both including fitted wardrobes and a full length over head shower and finally the master bedroom which also benefits from its own private terrace with 2 chairs making the perfect spot for some late night star gazing. All 3 of these bedrooms have access to the upper terrace overlooking the pool area and offering truly amazing views across the ocean.
You can easily spend the day soaking up the intense Algarvian sun from the comfort of your own sun lounger or relax in the Jacuzzi letting your mind unwind before taking a dip in the sparkling blue waters of the large private pool. Once you’ve topped up the tan why not enjoy some Al Fresco dining from the covered terrace area where you’ll find an outdoor dining table and chairs as well as an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area making it a breeze to entertain.

The ultimate luxury stay in Sintra. There’s no other place like the villa. The views are spectacular it’s like heaven. The staff is phenomenal and the food was out of this world. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. One of the best times I’ve ever had in my life.

We went in with high expectations and yet our expectations were beyond surpassed. The home is absolutely stunning, and the location is incredible. Amir and David were incredibly helpful and responsive. We spent the entire weekend at the house. They arranged a private chef who worked at the villa for us who cooked the most delicious meals. David and his team helped make this weekend very memorable. Always making us laugh and making sure we had a drink in our hand. We will definitely be back soon!

I rented this stunning villa out for my best friends bachelorette with 14 other girls. We were completely blown away! The house is newly renovated and the definition of luxury. Everything was aesthetically pleasing! The backyard is the gem of the house, that’s where we spent most of our time. We took the all inclusive option with David & his team and every day the chef was cooking us different fresh foods (this is a must! It made our vacation 100x more relaxed and stress free not having to worry about feeding 25 picky women!) We had the best times with each other during our dinners outside on the table facing the beach. This house comfortably fit all 25 of us, it’s a huge space. David and his team helped us organize everything, it made our trip so much easier. We organized a yacht day and the yacht came with full staff who was serving us drinks the whole time, pure luxury! David recommended we take the boat to an island called Isla Mujeres for the day and we are greatful for this recommendation as it was one of our favourite days! Coolest little island ever and everyone parks their boats, plays music and just hangs out. All in all, if you’re wondering if you should book this house, don’t think anymore and just book it! It will make your entire trip. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make this an unforgettable experience!!

Excellent attention from Valeria, the chef cooks excellent and the service from Javier the waiter also very well. I recommend bringing a speaker because they do not have and also shampoo and soap because there was not in the bathrooms.
